 There are occasions in life when words become too small, feelings become meager and emotions fade away. Those are the moments when no gestures, no help and no words of sympathy seem adequate. The loss of a love one is one of those situations that falls exactly in the same awkward category. When a family has already lost a beloved, nothing that you say will comfort him. The problem however is that if you stay silent, your silence may also be perceived as indifference or may even be misinterpreted in ways, terribly wrong. Condolences messages are an awkward necessity. It is mandatory for me to express and exhibit your sorrow even you are not comfortable doing it. To comfort one’s heart, you will have to acknowledge their grief and give them the impression that you understand their pain. Words are also important  means of communicating and sharing pain.
